St. Louis Group Travel is a full service travel agency and tour
operator. We are proud to be members of the National Tour
Association (NTA) since 1999, after successfully meeting their
rigorous three-year requirements. We work directly with airlines,
cruise lines, hotels, motorcoach companies, receptive operators
and other suppliers to arrange customized senior group travel.
We will objectively evaluate and recommend packaged tours if
desired, or we can create customized itineraries to meet the
travel requirements of our group leaders. Our suppliers are all
member in good standing with respected travel trade organizations.
St. Louis Group Travel is bonded with the Airline Reporting
Corporation; we carry our own travel agency errors and omissions
insurance of one million dollars; and we are insured up to
$250,000.00 bankruptcy insurance through the National Tour
Association.
Travel arrangements to senior affinity groups has been our primary
focus since 1993. We provide professional consultation, and have
successfully escorted groups to many traditionally popular
international and domestic destinations. Additional services which
we provide for our clients include; customized itinerary design,,
brochure production, customized videos, professional travelogs
(with video projection), airport “meet and greet” assistance,
pre-trip documentation meetings and most importantly “professional
escorting”.
MEET OUR PRESIDENT: Vicki Jett Kopp, CTC, DS
 Vicki
has more than 27 years of travel industry experience. In 1979, she
earned her CTC designation, which signifies the highest standard
of professionalism within the travel industry. In addition to
escorting many groups, she manages the internal operations for St.
Louis Group Travel.
Vicki has been employed in a managerial capacity with St. Louis
based Maritz Travel Company, Apex Travel and was Manager of
Operations for AAA Travel Agency of Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.
Before establishing St. Louis Group Travel, Inc. she previously
owned the operated a retail travel agency, (It’s A Trip!) for
three years. She has traveled extensively and is a very familiar
with the needs and interested of senior travelers.
MEET OUR OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES: Ron Kopp
 Ron Kopp
has 24 years of experience in sales and marketing which includes
the past 11 years within the travel industry. Since 1991 he has
been actively selling to bank group leaders. For five years he was
a sales director for Royal Cruise Line, which promoted
international cruise itineraries to senior groups. He also
represented a Midwest tour operator which focused on domestic
motorcoach travel and international destinations.
Ron is proud of the fact that he has personally escorted many bank
groups, which are now the nucleus of our repeat clientele. He will
provide valuable assistance in the planning and promoting of your
travel programs. His travelogs will convey the careful planning
considerations, sightseeing highlights and tour pricing to your
senior groups. He prides himself on being responsive to your
needs, and doing everything possible to ensure the success of your
trips.
